Great British Guitar Show

Had a great day at the Great British Guitar show at The New Bingley Hall Birmingham on Saturday 25th Feb. Bought Shaz a Limited Edition PRS, met some great people and did an impromptu demonstration on the Elixir stand and got a large audience playing songs from Evolvalution on a Fender Jazz American Deluxe with Elixir stainless steel bass strings on it. Got photographed and videoed doing it!!

Witchfynde Meet!!!

Yes after 31 years the four members of Witchfynde from 1975 to 1980. Montalo, Gra Scoresby, Steve Bridges and myself Andro Coulton, together with Pete Surgey met on Saturday 10th December. A great time was had by all.

Witchfynde Influences

We were unaware at the time that Witchfynde were influencing bands such as Metallica and Bauhaus, we were just happy to be part of the NWOBHM and making great music such as the highly acclaimed album Give ‘Em Hell! Witchfynde have been called the progenitors of Black Metal but we were much more than this. Unto The Ages of The Ages was more early Rush style prog rock. One reviewer said our influences were from Black Sabbath to Abba!!
